DEADLINE

We are currently sold out in just about every division with the exception of the Senior division and a couple spots for upper mixed division.

Deadline to drop from this event will be Friday, June 20th as we will be working on the brackets through the weekend.  

All players need to be on your roster online and approved before June 20th so that we can view them to approve them ourselves.

MIXED DIVISIONS SUNDAY - CONFLICT

All mixed divisions will start Sunday morning.  

Both Women's divisions will be completed Saturday so those divisions will not conflict.  

Men's D and Men's E will be the divisions in which there may be conflicts with your teams pending how your teams fall within the brackets.  

All teams have plenty time to plan ahead should this be the case.  

Make sure your rosters are 100% good to go online and all players are approved.

Lineup Cards:

Coaches are responsible for submitting their own lineup card to each official at the plate each game.  Make sure names are legible.  We will not be dealing with the silly protesting stuff over lineups so fix the errors at the plate or play as is once game starts.

Extra Innings:

1 Pitch no runners and no outs

2 minute rule:

Once we reach the final two minutes of the game. The clock only stops if the winning team is trying to run the clock out.  Officials are instructed to keep the flow of the game.


ALL TEAMS NEED TO ENSURE THEY ARE READY TO PLAY AS EARLY AS 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO THEIR GAME TIME.
