Coaches/Players,

Today is our deadline for this event this weekend in Baytown.  Brackets will be released tomorrow. 

At this current time, we are unsure if Bagzz of Bugzz will be able to be onsite to provide participants the opportunity to feast on Crawfish due to unexpected events.  However, if they are able to do so, be ready for a first come first serve.


Senior Entry $450 umpire fees included.
Non-Senior $350 Umps PAP $15/$20 pending 1 or 2 umpires.

We will have balls available for purchase at the check in desk.  $6 each


Rosters: 

100% online rosters no exceptions.  If your player is not on your online roster, your player is not eligible to play.  If you have roster issues, you can reach me via email at either email address below to receive assistance.

Rosters will lock at the start of the event.

Balls:

Any USSSA Worth Gold Dot Classic M ball only.  If the ball does not have those specifications, then it will not be allowed.

Protests:

Player protests only.  Must be completed before the end of the 3rd inning or at point of entry.

$100 Cash Only

Run Rule:

20/15/10 Men D/E
25/20/15 Men B/C


Run Spots:

3 per class difference divided up evenly within the first 3 innings.

Runs Per Inning (Seniors):

5 runs allowed per inning as we are following AAA rules.


2 Minute Rule:

This rule is applied simply to avoid any issues towards the end of the game.  Once we reach the final two minutes of the game, the clock shall stop only if the winning team is delaying the game outside of standard play.  Officials are instructed to ensure the pace of the game is maintained accordingly.

Homeruns:

AAA - DHH plus 6 HR
B/C - 8 and out
D/E - 3 and IEO

Game Time:

50-minute games for non-seniors

Senior will play 50 plus buffet.

All teams are expected to be ready to play as early as 30 minutes from their designated time.
