You are receiving this email as your team is registered for the event coming up in Bryan/College Station, Texas.
Below are details pertaining to the event for that weekend.
Deadline to drop from this event is Sunday, April 27th so we have time to push out the Mixed Schedules for Friday evening.
Tournament Entry $490 umpire fees included Seniors
All others $390 PAP $15/$20
If not paying online, we can accept the following forms of payment.
All fees can be paid the day of the event before your first game.
Balls will be available at each location if you need to purchase any. $6 each.

Credit Card - Will have an additional 5% transaction fee applied.
If paying in advance prior to the event, please indicate team name in the notes of the transaction so we can annotate it accordingly.

Rosters-
All teams are required to have 100% online rosters. If your player is not on the roster online, then your player is not eligible to play. Get with me for assistance.
Rosters will be locked when your first game begins.
Friday as we will be preparing for the event, no roster adjustments will be made on our end as the paper rosters will be printed.
If you must make last minute changes before your first game only, you can do so only when you check in.
Do not allow your players to step on the field unless you have seen your player appear on your online roster.
Once your team has started your first game, we will not allow for any additional roster adjustments for you. Please plan accordingly.
Balls-
Men will be using Any USSSA stamped Worth Gold Dot Classic M ONLY. Women will be using any USSSA stamped Worth Green Dot.
We will have plenty on site if needed. $6 each ball.
Bats -
All bats must be USSSA 240 stamped and approved. No bats on the banned list will be allowed.
Players must ensure that they know what they are swinging. All bats that are put in play, are subject to random bat testing at any point during your games.
Protests-
$100 Protest Fee, must be CASH only.
All player protests must be completed before the end of the 3rd inning.
IF PROTESTED ALL PLAYERS MUST BE ABLE TO PRESENT A VALID GOVT ID CARD. NO EXCUSE
Lineup Cards?
It is the coach's responsibility to provide their own lineup cards to submit to each official game at the plate meeting. Make sure names on the lineup card match names on roster. Any discrepancies need to be handled at the plate. We will not deal with lineup card issues once the game starts. We also do not allow anymore silly protests of nicknames etc. PLAY BALL!
Run Rule -
Men B - 25/20/15
All other divisions - 20/15/10
Run Spots -
3 run spot per class difference on combined brackets only. Runs will be divided evenly amongst the first three innings.
Game Time -
50 Minute games
Extra Innings -
Will be 1 pitch with no runners and no outs.
2 Minute Rule-
This rule is applied simply to avoid any issues towards the end of the game.
Once we reached the final two minutes of the game. The clock will stop if the winning team is attempting to run out the clock.
Officials are instructed to keep the pace of the game from start to finish.

All teams are required to ensure that their players are ready to play as early as 30 minutes before your scheduled game time. If the game scheduled before yours is completed ahead of schedule, we will start AS EARLY AS 10 MINUTES SOONER!
This will help ensure that the event is running on time for everyone all around.
