Umpire Fees Are Included
Manager Meeting Friday Night @8PM
Games Start Saturday morning at 8AM
No Timed Games - 7 innings or run rule
Homeruns - 1 and IEO
Uniforms - Must be alike in color with proper numbers, no 3-digit numbers
Nick name is allowed on back of jersey.
Lineup Cards - Must have first name and last name. Fix any errors at the plate as this is a non-protested situation.
Rosters - Locked by Wednesday September 17th at 5pm.
All players that are not approved will not be allowed to play.
NO EXCEPTIONS AS YOU HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO REACH OUT TO ME.

Balls being used will be disclosed the week of the event.
We will be bat testing and doing ID checks, no ID NO PLAY
Staff will be onsite 2 hours prior to first game to start testing and check ins.
If you wait till last minute, don't rush us to get you through.
15 MAX BATS TESTED PER TEAM AT 1 TIME. IF YOU BRING 13, WE WILL NOT TEST ANOTHER 2 LATER. SO, COORDINATE WITH YOUR PLATERS TO GET THERE TOGETHR
TO TEST ALL 15 TOGETHER.
All teams need to be ready to play as early as 15 minutes prior to game time.
