Bats:
All bats need to be tested prior to playing exception of Senior bats.  We will be there well in advance to test bats. Show up early as we will not rush the process if you show up late.
Max of 15 bats tested per team period.  1 or 2 designated players only need  to bring all of the teams bats at one time to be tested.  Once your team has tested their bats we will not test anymore individually, so please plan accordingly. 
If a player is caught using a bat without a sticker it will be recorded as an out with player ejection from event. If a player is caught trying to manipulate our process you will be suspended minimum of a year.
Officials will count bats prior to the game; you start and finish with the same amount. No additional bats added or swapped out.



ROSTERS:
ALL PLAYERS MUST BE APPROVED ON YOUR ROSTER IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PLAY. NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOU ARE NOT ON THE PRINTED ROSTER, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A BAND TO PLAY.
IF CAUGHT PLAYING WITHOUT BAND IT WILL BE PLAYER EJECTION FROM GAME IF ON ROSTER. 
IF NOT ON ROSTER YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE EVENT.
DEADLINE TO LOCK IN YOUR ROSTERS IS AT NOON THE DAY PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
AGAIN, IF THEY DO NOT GET THEMSELVES ON THE APPROVED SIDE THEY WILL NOT BE ON THE PRINTED ROSTER NOR WILL THEY APPEAR ON YOUR ONLINE ROSTER.

Balls: -Men will be using USSSA worth gold dot classic m -Women will be using USSSA worth green dot. - Seniors will use blue dots Homeruns:
(If combining division 3 run spot per class difference) Men B - 8 and out Men C - 5 and out Men D - 3 and IEO Men E - 1 and IEO Women B - 4 and out Women C - 2 and IEO Women D - 1 and IEO Mixed division is per gender Mixed B - 8 and out Mixed C - 5 and out Mixed D - 3 and IEO (If combining Seniors equalizer will take place, and team granting equalizer is automatically home)
Major Plus 40's - 10 + DHH Major 40's - 8 + DHH AAA 40's - 6 + DHH
(If combining Teams play of the lower class homerun limit)
Runs Per Inning:
Major 40's + = 7 Maj 40's = 5 AAA = 5 (If combining play at the lower run limit)
Lineup Cards:
Coaches are responsible for submitting their own lineup card to each official at the plate each game.  Make sure names are legible.  We will not be dealing with the silly protesting stuff over lineups so fix the errors at the plate or play as is once game starts.  
Extra Innings:
1 Pitch no runners and no outs
Run Rule:
20 after 3 innings 15 after 4 innings 10 after 5 innings
Seniors If a team is behind 20 runs prior to time expiring at the completion of an inning, the game will be declared a mercy/completed game with no open inning and the team in the lead declared the winner. Due to class run limits per inning, if it’s mathematically impossible for a team to bring a deficit down under 20 runs prior to time expiring and the completion of an inning, the game will be declared a mercy with no open inning and the team in the lead declared the winner.

Seniors 50 Minutes plus buffet

ALL TEAMS NEED TO ENSURE THEY ARE READY TO PLAY AS EARLY AS 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO THEIR GAME TIME.
 SHOULD WE FINISH EARLY WE WILL START EARLY.
