As we get near this main event, we know many are inquiring or stressing about a couple topics and we would like to ensure we clear the air ourselves.

BALLS-
Each team is given 4 free ball at check in when entry fee is paid BEFORE your first game. We will have additional balls for sale if needed. We are only allowing USSSA Worth gold dot classic m balls. Leave everything else in your bags or at home to avoid issues.
UNIFORMS-
Cannot have triple digit numbers and asking that colors be similar in color. We are not trying to make or break your team from coming to the event, so we are working with each of you all.
FIELD RENTALS-
Teams looking to do BP Friday before the event are welcome to do so by reserving fields. Must contact Aron @

They will have field availability from 10am to 6pmon Friday.
GAME TIMES-
This event will be 7 inning no time limit event.
RUN RULES-
20-15-10
ONLINE ROSTERS-
Absolutely NO WRITE INS all players need to be on the online roster and rosters lock on the 25th. All adjustments after must be approved by National Office.
DEADLINE TO DROP FROP FROM THIS EVENT IS THE 22ND AS WE ARE RELEASING BRACKETS ON THE 23RD.
