Weather Updates: We will update Managers/Players as soon as the parks report field conditions to our staff. We will not make decisions strictly based on forecasts. Please stand by for updates.

Entry & Roster Deadline: Entry deadline is end of day November 9, 2025. We will accept entries after the deadline, but teams will be on the hook for the entry fee if they drop after the entry deadline. State Directors must assist you with your roster additions up to November 13, 2025, online roster deadline. Rosters will be locked November 14, 2025, after the online roster deadline. Emergency Hardship adds will only be allowed if a team drops to 11 or less within the 24-hour window of event starting. We will allow adds up to a total of 12 players prior to start of the team’s first game. Emergency changes must be reviewed and approved, so we will not approve of the changes once the event starts. If teams still have their rosters locked from Worlds, we will allow your team to write in your additional players.  If Senior teams have 39-Year-old players not able to add to roster yet as age restriction, you can write them in as they are now eligible since Senior Worlds is completed.

Format: Seniors will be two seeding games, then all teams are seeded into a double-elimination play-off bracket. All other divisions are 3GG.

Game Time: Teams must be at the field ready to play 15 minutes prior to the team's scheduled start time after their first game of the event. If a team is not ready to play as early as 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time after their first game, the team can possibly forfeit the game. The only exception is if a team is playing back-to-back games and coming from another field.

Rosters: Rosters must be entered ONLINE and players participating in the event must be listed as ELIGIBLE on the online roster. PENDING players not listed under the ELIGIBLE player tab MUST complete the player registration process (pay $25 reg fee, confirm the online waiver, approve the roster invite). If a player needs help, the player (not manager) MUST contact their State Director or Miguel Gorgas via email only to resolve the issue

The system will require players to exist in the player database before a manager can add them. If the system gives you an error message "NO PLAYER CAN BE ADDED BY A MANAGER THAT CURRENTLY DOES NOT EXIST IN THE DATABASE. TO HAVE THIS PLAYER ADDED PLEASE CONTACT YOUR STATE DIRECTOR", please contact your State Director to assist you with adding new players to the database. If you are unable to reach your State Director, please email Miguel Gorgas at [email protected] for assistance.

Player Protests: You may protest the identity of a player to verify whether they are listed on the online roster as ELIGIBLE/PENDING to a site Director. We will not stop the game. Protest fee per player is $100 cash. If the protest is valid, the protestor will get their money back and the illegal team will be disqualified. Players must show a valid ID for any player protests. A player with no ID or an acceptable form of ID will be considered illegal.

Protests must occur at the point of entry or before the end of the 3rd inning.

Team Check In: All players and managers must check in with their photo ID prior to playing.

Each eligible player listed on the printed roster will receive a band to play.

Any team that fails to check in will lose the opportunity to validate the official roster and will put their team at risk if a protest occurs.

Approved Bats: Age Groups 40+ and above may use any bat Stamped 1.21 BPF Senior. It does not have to be USSSA stamped until they are available. However, it must be from a USSSA licensed manufacturer. May also use the 1.20 USSSA Stamped bats. The 35 Age Group teams ONLY will be required to use the USSSA 220 or 240 Stamped bats including players older the 40 years old on a 35 Age Group roster.

All non-senior age groups must use 1.20 USSSA Stamped bat that is 240 Stamped only

MEN'S – Super Duper, Worth Gold Dot Classic M or Pro M

WOMEN'S – Super Duper or USSSA Worth Green Dot.

SENIOR’S- Blue Dots

Pitching Screen: Pitching screens will not be provided. Teams must furnish their own pitching screen if they opt to use one per the rulebook.

Bat Testing - 

All bats have to be tested, and sticker must be on bats in order to be used for non-Senior divisions.  If you have any stickers already placed than they need to be removed.

Bats will only be tested as a team.  Do not bring them individually.  Plan accordingly as only 15 bats will be tested per team.  Leave your special ones at home.  Once your team tests their bats no additional late comers will be tested.  If you played Mixed Friday, you do not need to retest your bat for men's division, but still only 15 can be on the field to be used.

Unsportsmanlike Conduct and Fighting -

Zero Tolerance, you will be removed from the event
