Tournament Details

Coaches/Players,

You are receiving this email as your team is locked in for this weekends event in Temple. All games will be held in Temple, and we will not be using Killeen.


Mixed division schedule will be released tomorrow morning and all other schedules will be released later in the day tomorrow (Tuesday).

We will have balls available this weekend for purchase at each location. They will be $6 each.

Check in location will be in the center of the complex under the pavilion between all 8 fields.

Rosters:

100% online rosters no exceptions. We will not allow any write ins at all. Rosters will lock Thursday at midnight.

If you have any roster adjustments, you will be able to make them the day of the event BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME. Once your first game has started, your roster is Frozen and no further adjustments can be made. Please plan accordingly with your rosters.

Game Times:

Seniors will play 50 minutes and buffet after.
Men Champ - 60 Minutes
All others - 50 Minutes

All teams are required to be ready to play 30 minutes before your designated time. If the game scheduled before yours is completed we are starting early. Plan accordingly as this will assist us with keeping schedule on time for the event entirely.

Protests:

$100 Cash Only

Player protest only, and must be done prior to the end of the 3rd inning, or at point of entry.

Lineup Cards:

Teams need to ensure each game a line up card is provided to the official. Line up card needs to have First Name/Last Name. This will eliminate any unnecessary issues throughout the course of the event.

Any lineup card issues need to be addressed at coinflip not during the course of the game.

Homeruns:

Mixed A - 8 and out per gender
Mixed D - 3 and IEO per gender
Men Champ - 8 and out
Men C - 5 and out
Men D - 3 and IEO
Men E - 1 and IEO
Women Champ - 6 and out
Women D - 1 and IEO

Seniors will be based on each game. If playing against team outside of your class, you play at the mid point between both classes for homeruns.

Maj Plus - 10+DHH
Maj - 8+DHH
AAA - 6+DHH

Run Spots:

3 per class difference, with runs divided evenly amongst first 3 innings.

Seniors will follow the equalizer rules per Senior Rule Book.

Run Rule:

Men Champ - 25/20/15
All others - 20/15/10

Seniors will follow guidelines set forth in Senior Rule Book.

Extra Innings:

All games will be 1 pitch with no runners and no outs.

Balls:

Men will all use Any USSSA stamped Worth gold dot classic m.

Women will all use Any USSSA stamped Worth green dot.

North vs South

Monday the 26th at 5pm is our deadline to add or drop for this event. We will be pushing brackets out Tuesday evening for everyone.

As of now tentatively all divisions will be able to be held in Temple.  We do have Killeen only if needed for over flow for Saturday only.  Again that is only if needed.


Balls-

Women will be allowed to use usssa worth green dot. Men will be allowed to use usssa worth gold dot classic m only.

Rosters-

All divisions and all teams must have 100 percent online rosters. NO EXCEPTIONS!

New player accounts require the following info

Rosters will lock on Thursday the 29th at 5pm in which only any additional roster adjustments must be emailed to me for approval.  


If your player is pending and not on the eligible side of the roster, they will need to bring their ID card to the check in desk in order to sign the eligibility waiver.

If players do not want to have that hassle they need to log into their accounts and sign waiver as well as accept roster invite.
