Game Time:

Teams must be at the field ready to play 15 minutes prior to the team's scheduled start time after their first game of the event. If a team is not ready to play as early as 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time after their first game, the team can possibly forfeit the game. The only exception is if a team is playing back-to-back games and coming from another field.


Rosters: Rosters must be entered ONLINE and players participating in the event must be listed as ELIGIBLE on the online roster. PENDING players not listed under the ELIGIBLE player tab MUST complete the player registration process (pay $25 reg fee, confirm the online waiver, approve the roster invite). If a player needs help, the player (not manager) MUST contact their State Director or Miguel Gorgas via email only to resolve the issue

The system will require players to exist in the player database before a manager can add them. If the system gives you an error message "NO PLAYER CAN BE ADDED BY A MANAGER THAT CURRENTLY DOES NOT EXIST IN THE DATABASE. TO HAVE THIS PLAYER ADDED PLEASE CONTACT YOUR STATE DIRECTOR", please contact your State Director to assist you with adding new players to the database. If you are unable to reach your State Director, please email Miguel Gorgas at [email protected] for assistance.

Player Protests: You may protest the identity of a player to verify whether they are listed on the online roster as ELIGIBLE/PENDING to a site Director.

We will not stop the game. Protest fee per player is $100 cash nonrefundable.

If the protest is valid the illegal team will forfeit their game. Players must show a valid ID for any player protests.


A player with no ID or an acceptable form of ID will be considered illegal.

Protests must occur at the point of entry or before the end of the 3rd inning.

Team Check In:

All Managers must check in prior to first game and verify each player is on the printed roster. Any player not printed on roster needs to check in with ID to be verified they are eligible to play. If a player not printed on roster fails to check in, your team risks being protested resulting in forfeit of game.

Bat Testing -

All bats have to be tested prior to playing. Please plan accordingly to get your bats to check in trailer all together at 1 time. Max of 15 bats will be tested. Any bat testing 175 or below will not be returned. Leave them at home.

15-12-10 after 3-4-5

Seniors will follow Senior guidelines unless stated otherwise

Unsportsmanlike Conduct and Fighting - ZERO TOLERANCE

2 Minute Rule:

Only if home team tries to delay the game outside of what our USSSA by laws allow, we will then stop the clock.


Lineup cards:

Both teams are required to give the official their lineup cards at the coin toss. If there are any discrepancies it should be handled there. Not allowing lineup card protests.
