Bats:

All bats need to be tested prior to playing.  We will be there well in advance to test bats. 

Max of 20 bats tested per team.  Each bat will receive a sticker.  If a player is caught using a bat without a sticker it will be recorded as an out with player ejection from event. 

Officials will count bats prior to game; you start and finish with same amount. No additional bats added or swapped out.

ROSTERS:

ALL PLAYERS MUST BE APPROVED ON YOUR ROSTER IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PLAY.
NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOU ARE NOT ON THE PRINTED ROSTER YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A BAND TO PLAY.

IF CAUGHT PLAYING WITHOUT BAND IT WILL BE PLAYER EJECTION FROM GAME IF ON ROSTER. 

IF NOT ON ROSTER YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM EVENT.

DEADLINE TO LOCK IN YOUR ROSTERS IS JULY 23RD AT 5PM.

AGAIN, IF THEY DO NOT GET THEMSELVES ON THE APPROVED SIDE THEY WILL NOT BE ON THE PRINTED ROSTER.

-Women will be using USSSA worth green dot

Homeruns:

Men D - 3 and IEO
Men E - 1 and IEO
Women D - 1 and IEO
Mixed D - 3 and IEO (Per Gender)

Lineup Cards:

Coaches are responsible for submitting their own lineup card to each official at the plate each game.  Make sure names are legible.  We will not be dealing with the silly protesting stuff over lineups so fix the errors at the plate or play as is once game starts.

Extra Innings:

1 Pitch no runners and no outs

Run Rule:

20 after 3 innings
15 after 4 innings
10 after 5 innings

Game Time:

As this is our State Event there is no time limit.  We play 7 innings or run rule


ALL TEAMS NEED TO ENSURE THEY ARE READY TO PLAY AS EARLY AS 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO THEIR GAME TIME.

 SHOULD WE FINISH EARLY WE WILL START EARLY.

ALL TEAMS/PLAYERS NEED TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SWINGING, IF CAUGHT USING AN ILLEGAL NON-PASSING) OR ALTERED BAT, IT WILL BE A PLAYER EJECTION FROM THE EVENT.

ANY BALL HIT AT A PITCHER THAT HAS NO REACTION TIME TO PUT THEMSELVES IN A DEFENSIVE POSITION (UMPIRE DISCRETION) BAT WILL BE TAKEN FOR TESTING PURPOSES.
