Event Start & End Date: October 24 - 26, 2025 Friday-Sunday (Brackets will be released 10 days prior)

Weather Updates: We will update Managers/Players as soon as the parks report field conditions to our staff. We will not make decisions strictly based on forecasts. Please stand by for updates.

Entry & Roster Deadline: Entry deadline is end of day October 3, 2025. We will accept entries after the deadline, but teams will be on the hook for the entry fee if they drop after the entry deadline. State Directors must assist you with your roster adds up to October 15, 2025 online roster deadline. Rosters will be locked October 16, 2025, after the online roster deadline. After the online roster deadline, all roster changes must be emailed to [email protected]. 72 hours prior to the start of the event, Emergency Hardship adds will only be allowed if a team drops to 11 or less during the 72-hour window. We will allow adds up to a total of 12 players prior to start of the event. Emergency changes must be reviewed and approved, so we will not approve changes once the event starts.

Entry Fee: $675. All entry fees must be paid online at usssaseniorsoftball-worldseries.com no later than October 12, 2025 payment deadline. Your team is not officially entered until fee is paid and roster is approved, so we will remove teams from the event after the payment deadline. If the team needs an extension, please work it out with Vic via email or text. Teams can pay the entry fee via their MANAGER account @ usssa.com/login and pay for the event from their dashboard cart. Start Time: Projected start times for each AGE GROUP/DIVISION will be shared October 4, 2025.

Format: Two seeding games, then all teams are seeded into a double-elimination play-off bracket.

Game Time: This is a World event so scheduled game time is forfeit time. Please help us stay on-time. Teams must be at the field ready to play 30 minutes prior to the team's scheduled start time after their first game of the event. If a team is not ready to play as early as 30 minutes prior to scheduled start time after their first game, the team will forfeit the game. The only exception is if a team is playing back-to-back games and coming from another field.

Rosters: Rosters must be entered ONLINE and players participating in the event must be listed as ELIGIBLE on the online roster. PENDING players not listed under the ELIGIBLE player tab MUST complete the player registration process (pay $25 reg fee, confirm the online waiver, approve the roster invite). If a player needs help, the player (not manager) MUST contact their State Director or Vic ASAP via email to resolve.

The system will require players to exist in the player database before a manager can add them. If the system gives you an error message "NO PLAYER CAN BE ADDED BY A MANAGER THAT CURRENTLY DOES NOT EXIST IN THE DATABASE. TO HAVE THIS PLAYER ADDED PLEASE CONTACT YOUR STATE DIRECTOR", please contact your State Director to assist you with adding new players to the database. If you are unable to reach your State Director, please email [email protected] for assistance.

Player Protests: You may protest the identity of a player to verify whether they are listed on the online roster as ELIGIBLE/PENDING to a site Director. We will not stop the game. Protest fee per player is $100 cash. If the protest is valid, the protestor will get their money back and the illegal team will be DQ'd. Players must show a valid ID for any player protests. A player with no ID or an acceptable form of ID will be considered illegal. During a player protest we will also search for multiple player profiles. The profile with the highest PRV will be considered the player rating and will be taken into consideration during the player protest. If there is a player whom we made a rating exception for due to the rating as a manager/coach, the team submitting the protest will be refunded the protest fee.

Team Check In: Manager must check-in at the field where they play prior to their first game. We will offer manager pre-check in Thursday evening day before the event start date.

Each team will be handed SIX game balls and managers will be asked to review their official roster. If any players are missing, it must be reviewed/approved before the first game. Any team that fails to check in will lose the opportunity to validate the official roster and will put their team at risk if a protest occurs. Please make sure the roster is 100% on point no later than October 15, 2025.

Managers Meeting: Manager Meeting will be hosted on October 21, 2025 5PM PST. We will send out a ZOOM invite to managers the Friday prior to the meeting. One representative or team proxy allowed to attend the meeting, since call slots are limited.

Gate Fee: $12.00 per person per day at The Ballpark at League City ONLY

Dogs are allowed but must be on a leash at all times and not allowed on the field of play or in the restaurants (exception for service animal).

Park is cashless. No ATM on site.

Approved Bats:  Age Groups 40+ and above may use any bat Stamped 1.21 BPF Senior. It does not have to be USSSA stamped until they are available. However, it must be from a USSSA licensed manufacturer. May also use the 1.20 USSSA Stamped bats. The 35 Age Group teams ONLY will be required to use the USSSA 220 or 240 Stamped bats including players older the 40 years old on a 35 Age Group roster.

Approved Balls:

MEN'S - Approved brand USSSA or GSL stamped USSSA Senior Softball, Pro-M, Classic-M balls.

WOMEN'S - Approved brand USSSA or GSL stamped Classic-W

ball.

We will give team SIX DEMARINI RAZZO SR USSSA SENIOR SOFTBALL COMPOSITE when team checks-in. We will be selling balls $80 a dozen or two dozen for $140.

Pitching Screen: Pitching screens will not be provided. Teams must furnish their own pitching screen if they opt to use one per the rulebook.

Live Streaming: TBA. We will announce details regarding games being live streamed for friends and family back home.
